5. Finally, to state the obvious. Yes kids can get sick - really sick - from COVID. There's some risk in letting your kid (or yourself) ever leave the house. But that's true in non-COVID times too. The Q is: how big is the risk? How big is the benefit? htt
For those over 55 who are infected with #COVID19, the additional #Risk of dying is slightly more than the “normal” risk of death from all other causes over one year, and less for under 55s https://t.co/kepeV8Ht54

I really pity the naivety of 69% of Britons, who’ve been lied to by HMG and led to believe the hype around a virus that has no significant increased likelihood of death for any given age bracket. @bmj_company #KBF Source: https://t.co/hT2xHiNDrQ

The BMJ shows Covid mortality matches the ‘normal’ risk of dying for all age groups. That is to say it affects no age group more than another. BMJ states that Covid is equivalent to just an extra year’s mortality risk for your age, ie not v dangerous. htt

The risk of death posed by COVID-19 on its own is about the same as the normal risk of death for individuals over the age of 20 years. In other words, it doubles your likelihood of dying, whatever age you are. #COVID19 https://t.co/buE0KPgwZu
